A former consular officer for the Italian government and a member of the New York Bar since 1990, attorney Paterno has twenty five years of experience in dealing with the problems of members of the Italian American community. His expertise include the procedures to obtain temporary and permanent visas for the United States as well as the assistance to Italian individuals and corporations seeking to start new business ventures or to open branches or subsidiaries in the United States. He has represented clients in Immigration Courts, State and Federal District Courts and in cases before the federal courts of appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.
